Service Sticker — Privacy Policy

Service Sticker ("the app") is developed and published by Living Water LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles your information. We designed Service Sticker to keep your data private and under your control.

Summary

Service Sticker does not collect, transmit to us, or sell any of your personal information. The vehicle and maintenance data you enter is stored on your device and in your own private iCloud account. We have no access to it.

Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal information. Living Water LLC does not operate servers that receive, store, or process your data, and we have no ability to view the information you enter into the app.

The app does not include analytics, advertising, tracking technologies, or third-party software development kits that collect data.

Information You Store in the App

The vehicles, maintenance items, service records, notes, custom fields, and any photos or PDF attachments you add are stored:

• On your device, and
• In your personal iCloud account (Apple's CloudKit service), if you are signed in to iCloud.

This data resides in your private iCloud database. It is synchronized across your own Apple devices by Apple and is not shared with us or with other users. Storage and synchronization are handled entirely by Apple under Apple's terms and privacy policy. If you are signed out of iCloud, your data remains only on your device.

You can delete this data at any time within the app, or by removing the app's data from your iCloud account through your device's iCloud settings.

Camera and Photo Access

If you choose to attach a photo or document, the app may request access to your camera or photo library. These permissions are used only to let you add attachments you select, and only at your request. Photos and documents you attach are stored with your other app data as described above. The app does not upload them to us.

Purchases

Service Sticker offers an optional one-time in-app purchase ("Service Sticker Pro"). Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details or billing information. Apple's handling of purchase information is governed by Apple's privacy policy.

Third-Party Services

The app relies on the following Apple services, each governed by Apple's privacy policy:

• Apple iCloud (CloudKit) — stores and synchronizes your app data within your personal iCloud account.
• Apple App Store — processes in-app purchases and app distribution.

We do not use any non-Apple third-party services that collect your information.

Children's Privacy

Service Sticker is not directed to children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Data Security

Because your data is stored on your device and in your private iCloud account rather than on our servers, its security is provided by Apple's device and iCloud protections and by the passcode and account security you maintain on your own devices and Apple Account.

Your Rights

You control all data you enter into the app. You may view, edit, export, or delete it at any time from within the app. Because we do not collect or hold your personal information, there is no account with us to close and no personal data for us to retrieve or erase on your behalf.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
